1. Cookie policy

The TekShot AI website and apps use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and measure site traffic.

• Essential cookies: needed for sign-in and session security.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work fully.

2. Payment policy

Service fees depend on the plan and billing cycle shown on the Pricing page.

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
• Prepay 6 months to save 4%, or 12 months to save 10%, on eligible subscription fees.
• Free plans and trials never convert to paid plans automatically.
• Payment methods, invoices and renewals are confirmed when you sign up or in your service agreement.

3. Data processing

Personal data is processed in line with the Vietnamese personal data protection rules in force and the TekShot AI privacy policy:

1. Collection: only with your consent or another valid legal basis.
2. Use: within the scope of your account and the service you use.
3. Sharing: only with service providers bound by confidentiality, or when required by competent authorities.
4. Deletion: on request or when the service ends, unless the law requires us to keep it.
