You can choose on-site storage (edge/NVR) or encrypted cloud storage that meets international standards.

Not necessarily. AI processing can run at the edge; internet is only needed to sync data and send remote alerts.

Alerts are sent immediately via the mobile app, email, SMS or a webhook into your own systems.

Yes. We provide APIs and webhooks to integrate with ERP, POS, HRM and any systems you already run.

Camera AI is an option on the Thấu Hiểu, Giá Trị and Khác Biệt plans, quoted per camera / processing hour: devices, AI type (PPE, LPR), video retention and edge processing are set in the contract.
